అక్రోధేన జయేత్క్రోధ

మసాధుం సాధునా జయేత్

జయేత్కదర్యం దానేన

సత్యేనాళీకవాదినం ( మహాభారతం)

 క్రోధాన్ని లేక క్రోధం గలవాణ్ణి శాంతంతో జయించాలి. చెడును లేక  చెడ్డవాణ్ణి మంచితనంతో జయించాలి. లోభత్వాన్ని లేక  లోభిని దాతృత్వంతో జయించాలి. ఇక అసత్యాన్ని లేక అసత్యం మాట్లాడేవాణ్ణి సత్యంతో జయించాలి.       

अक्रोधेन जयेत्क्रोध

मसाधुं साधुना जयेत्

जयेत्कदर्यं  दानेन

सत्येनालीकवादिनम् ( महाभारतम्)

Conquer the anger of others by tranquility; conquer the evil doer by stainless-ness; conquer the miser by charity and conquer the liar by truth.
